The journal seeks to promote and disseminate cutting-edge research in both theoretical and applied mathematics and Statistics, with a special emphasis on interdisciplinary research that integrates both disciplines. The topics covered in the journal include but are not limited to pure and applied mathematics, mathematical analysis, statistics, econometric modeling, financial econometrics, time series analysis, and applied economics. The journal welcomes submissions from researchers, academicians, practitioners, and policymakers from around the world.

The scope of the journal covers a wide range of topics in mathematics and Statistics, including but not limited to:

- Mathematical modeling and optimization

- Statistical methods in economics and finance

- Applied mathematics

- Econometric theory and applications

- Time series analysis and forecasting

- Financial mathematics and stochastic modeling

- Game theory and decision theory

- Computational methods in economics and finance

- Econometric analysis of development and policy issues

The journal publishes original research articles, reviews, and technical notes that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field of mathematics and econometrics. The GJMS welcomes both theoretical and empirical studies, as well as innovative methodologies and applications that are relevant to the intersection of mathematics and Statistics.

The GJMS aims to foster collaboration and exchange of ideas among researchers and practitioners in these two fields and to serve as a valuable resource for academics, policymakers, and industry professionals interested in the latest developments in mathematics and econometrics.
