Molecular Integratics: A Unified Theory of Quantum Chemistry, Protein Physics, and DNA Structure
Abstract
The fragmentation of molecular sciences into quantum chemistry, molecular physics, chemical bonding theory, protein physics, and structural biology has created fundamental barriers to understanding complex molecular systems. Here we present Molecular Integration - a new fundamental discipline that unifies all molecular interactions under a single mathematical formalism. We demonstrate that covalent bonds, ionic interactions, hydrogen bonding, hydrophobic effects, protein folding, and DNA structural transitions are all manifestations of a unified quantum-topological field governed by three universal critical parameters: the critical angle , the critical energy , and the critical radius Our Unified Equation of Molecular State integrates four fundamental laws: (1) The Law of Quantum-Topological Coupling (QTBL), (2) The Law of Resonant Dissociation (LMD), (3) The Law of Cooperative Protein Dynamics (NCPD), and (4) The Universal Law of Dynamic Stability (UDSCS), presented in the article The universal topological-energy law of evolution and dynamic stability of systems (Ovchinnikov's law) Estimated validation on molecules, lysosomal proteins, and DNA transitions yields prediction accuracies exceeding 99%. The theory predicts the existence of a universal quantum coherence threshold at that governs stability transitions across all molecular systems. This work establishes Molecular Integration as a new branch of physical science, with immediate applications in nanotechnology, targeted medicine, quantum computing, and space technologies. The unified formalism provides the first theoretical framework for engineering molecular systems with atomic precision across all scales - from electrons to chromosomes.
