Call for Papers
The Journal of Literature and Linguistics Studies (JLLS) is currently accepting submissions for its upcoming issues. JLLS is an interdisciplinary journal that seeks to explore the relationship between literature and linguistics.
We invite papers that examine the ways in which language and literature interact, intersect, and influence one another. We welcome submissions from scholars working in the fields of literature, linguistics, literary theory, and related disciplines.
Possible topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Stylistic analysis of literary texts
- Linguistic approaches to literary analysis
- Language and identity in literature
- Language and power in literature
- Metaphor and other figures of speech in literature
- Narrative structure and linguistic form
- Linguistic features of specific literary genres (e.g. poetry, drama, fiction)
- Translation and adaptation studies
- Multilingualism and literature
- Language variation and literature
Submissions should be original research articles and should not have been previously published or currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. All articles will undergo a rigorous peer review process.
Manuscripts can be submitted via the online submission system on the JLLS website or through the email (editor@bluemarkpublishers.com). Papers should be formatted according to the journal 's guidelines.
